In his last venture as one of the founders and key stakeholders of a multinational Fintech company, Martynas had successfully steered an organization from inception to servicing over 1.5 million users globally with more than a billion EUR in daily transaction volume.

Martynas’ experience in scaling businesses has exposed him to the inefficiencies of traditional business banking, payment, and disbursement solutions. As one of the founders and current CEO of Bivial, Martynas’ mission is to make B2B banking and payment solutions accessible to digital businesses of all kinds. Responsible for the overall direction and success of the business, Martynas’ primary role at Bivial is to manage the day-to-day operations, make high-level corporate decisions, as well as formulate, plan, and execute the company’s strategic goals with integrity and efficiency.

Markus is an accomplished lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in the financial sector. He has held overall responsibility for various regulatory areas at a number of banks, including anti-money laundering, securities law, asset management and payment transactions. He has established himself as a proven expert in shaping the contractual framework for financial intermediaries. With his comprehensive understanding of the regulatory framework and the risks in the financial industry, his attention to detail and his strategic acumen, Markus has established himself as a trusted expert.

Marc has 12+ years of experience in the fintech and financial services industry. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. His career started with Mazars in 2014 as an External Auditor. From there, he moved on to Nationwide Building Society, working in the Financial Reporting and Capital Management departments. Prior to Bivial, Marc held the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at a multinational Fintech company, where he gained significant experience in managing all aspects of the Finance and Reconciliation departments, as well as in actively supporting the company’s Back Office, Payments, and Compliance teams.

Marc’s role as Bivial's Chief Financial and Operating Officer will be crucial in elevating the brand’s operations and expansion.

Christos has twenty years of professional experience in technology, including both hands-on and senior management roles, and more than seven years of experience in the regulated Financial Industry in multinational Financial Institutions. A veteran technology executive, he coordinated several corporate functions, including product, technology, and strategy by leading international teams of up to 100 people.

Christos holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Bivial, where he leads the development and implementation of the company’s market-leading technologies and solutions. Christos is also responsible for leading Bivial’s global tech innovation strategy and teams in the expansion of its global footprint and capabilities in the fintech payment and banking industry.
