Bivial’s Q3 & Q4 2024 In Review

As we are close to the end of the final quarter of 2024, we are excited to share Bivial’s progress during Q3 and Q4. Bivial has continued to evolve in the digital payments and banking space, actively engaging with the global financial community and expanding our service offerings for online businesses worldwide.

In H2 2024, we achieved one of the most significant milestones in our company’s journey—the successful rebranding from Klarpay AG to Bivial AG. This transformation reflects our strategic vision to evolve beyond cross-border payments and establish ourselves as a leading provider of comprehensive financial solutions for digital businesses.

The name derives from the Latin words "bi," meaning "two," and "via," meaning "road" or "way." Bivial symbolises the importance of two-way transaction flows—a fundamental principle in payments and business. The new name reflects the company’s evolving vision and core values while incorporating a personal touch—the surnames of its founders.

Throughout the second half of the year, the Bivial team participated in several high-profile events, such as Affiliate World Europe, TES Affiliate Conferences, iFX Expo Asia, SBC Summit, and Web Summit, showing our dedication to building connections and leading in digital payments.

Our presence at these global forums enabled us to connect with existing clients, cultivate new relationships, and gain a deeper understanding of the evolving needs of businesses in the digital space.

What’s new?

SEPA Core and B2B Direct Debit services are fully operational. Bivial now offers seamless euro-denominated direct debit collection transactions, enabling businesses to:

• Initiate euro-based direct debit payments effortlessly within the SEPA region.
• Provide customers with a convenient way to subscribe to recurring billing services.
